The S.F. Times also named AGI one of the top 20 residential developers in the Bay Area. AGI was recently selected by the California Public Employees' Retirement System, along with TMG Partners, to manage Avant Housing, a $100 million fund dedicated to building $400 million of workforce housing for the greater Bay Area while encouraging investment in minority-owned businesses.
