AGI purchased this newly built high-end apartment in spring 2005 from national development company Fairfield. Located in a formerly industrial area of downtown San Jose, Brickyard was originally programmed for leasing as apartments yet designed by Fairfield with condo-grade common area amenities. AGI reimagined and converted Brickyard as a for-sale residential community and plans were put in place to upgrade the units to take advantage of the red-hot residential market.

Sales began in July 2005 under the aegis of Pacific Marketing Associates and are scheduled to finish in summer 2006.
